The full marathon, the 50K and the marathon relay start at Biosphere 2 near Oracle and run down past Catalina, through Oro Valley, finishing at Pima Community College Northwest Campus.
The first two miles roll, then you turn onto Highway AZ-77 at mile 2.8 and enjoy a smooth descent toward Tucson. Give yourself time: it is a half-mile walk from staging to the start line.
